"The Giant Jam Sandwich" by John Vernon Lord

J is for jellybean
We read two great books: "Jelly Beans for Sale" by Bruce McMillan and "The Giant Jelly Bean Jar" by Marcie Aboff. Then we practiced our own jelly bean sale with pennies, nickles, dimes and quarters and real jelly beans. Then we graphed the colors using the page from http://confessionsofahomeschooler.blogspot.com/2010/05/j-is-for-jelly-bean-alternative.html. We also did some of the other fun activities found at the same website.
